- To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required - Deposits/Balance of payments are accepted in the form of BACS via online Banking - The remaining balance is payable 30 days before the wedding date. - For bookings less than 1 month before the hire, payment in full is required. - If the hire time exceeds what was agreed at time of booking through no fault of ours, clients will be charged £40.00 per additional hour. -We make every effort to supply the vehicle requested by the client, however, in certain circumstances, the chosen vehicle may not be available due to circumstances out of our control. In these cases, we will endeavour to supply the best alternative vehicle available, although this may not always be possible. If no acceptable alternative can be found, compensation will be limited to the full refund of the hire charged. - In the event of the hirer changing the date of a confirmed wedding, the booking fee will be transferred to the new date. However, if the new date is not available the hirer will forfeit the booking fee. - “I Do” Wedding Car Hire and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s). - We operate a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. - No food or drink will be allowed in any vehicles unless prior consent has been given by the company. - Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle on hire to them and will be invoiced accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to its pre-hire condition. - Whilst every effort is taken in finding the best routes for your journey, circumstances beyond our control may arise. Road works, local events, rural activities, road closures, accidents and the weather can effect journey times. Any delays en-route to any location is beyond our control and is accepted as unforeseen circumstances - Hire vehicles will be completely valeted before leaving for a wedding, and dressed with ribbons etc. The chauffeur cannot accept any responsibility for changes in the vehicle appearance from the journey, particularly during inclement weather conditions and/or terrain to reach the venue. - We can provide car seats if requested at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for securing their child in the car seat.
